One 50mL bottle

A buffered nonionic detergent solution for the lysis of adherent or nonadherent cultured cells under non-denaturing conditions

Simply remove the cell culture medium, add the Microplate Lysis Reagent, and incubate. The resulting cell lysates are suitable for many assays types, including the Amplex and EnzChek microplate assays.

  • Ready to use—after media removal the cells are lysed directly in the microplate
  • Validated for use with Amplex and EnzChek cell-based microplate assays
  • Gentle, nondenaturing lysis conditions

Microplate Lysis Reagent is a ready-to-use buffered nonionic detergent solution that is simply applied to adherent or nonadherent cells. After a five-minute incubation (optimization of this time may be required), a cell lysate is obtained that can be directly used in downstream microplate-based assays. Microplate Lysis Reagent is a superior choice for the Amplex and EnzChek micropate assays. Because of the gentle, nondenaturing conditions, Microplate Lysis Reagent can be adapted to many different cell types and downstream applications/assays.
