Applied Biosystems™ Megaplex™ RT Primers, Human Pool Set v3.0

Designed to streamline experimental workflows, Megaplex™ RT Primers provide a single reaction solution when preparing cDNA for real-time PCR analysis on a TaqMan™ MicroRNA Array. The Human Pool Set v3.0 contains two Megaplex™ RT Primer Pools, Pools A v2.1 and B v3.0. Collectively the pools cover 754 unique microRNAs. Additionally, each pool contains the same 4 controls. The microRNA targets represented in Human Pool A tend be better characterized, more broadly expressed and⁄or expressed at a higher level when compared to the Human Pool B while the microRNA targets represented in Human Pool B tend to be less well characterized, more narrowly expressed and⁄or expressed at a lower level compared to the Human Pool A. The Human Pool Set v3.0 is intended for use with the TaqMan™ Array Human MicroRNA Card Set v3.0, however, it can also be used to prepare cDNA for real-time analysis using the individual TaqMan™ MicroRNA Assays.
