Run fast, accurate titer analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) in harvest cell cultures with the Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ Protein A LC Columns. This column provides high throughput and accurate analyses through a combination of low backpressure and high efficiency. Its unique format makes automation of loading, binding, elution and collection using biocompatible systems quick and easy. A nonporous, polymeric resin with a hydrophobic divinylbenzene core and a hydrophilic surface optimized for affinity separation makes this column rugged and reproducible.

Fast, Accurate mAb Titer Analysis

  • Complete cycle time, including equilibration, of two minutes
  • Linear over a wide concentration range (0.025 to 5mg/mL) without carryover
  • Low column pressure of less than 250 psi at 2mL/min
  • Excellent sample recovery

Use the MAbPac Protein A LC column for both titer analysis or concentrating and purifying IgG material for later experiments or two-dimensional (2D) chromatography. It is available in an HPLC bio-inert, 4×35mm PEEK column body.
