UltraPure™ Salmon Sperm DNA Solution is a ready-to-use, sheared DNA solution that is used directly in the preparation of prehybridization and hybridization solutions.
- Prepared from highly pure, phenol/chloroform-extracted DNA and DNase-free, RNase-free (DEPC-treated), distilled, deionized water
- DNA is sheared to average size of ≤2,000 bp
