Description
The GoPure AAVX Affinity Membrane is designed to provide rapid capture of adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors at small scale. Incorporating CaptureSelect AAVX ligand, the membrane chromatography unit demonstrates broad serotype specificity to both naturally occurring and synthetic AAV capsids.
Features of the GoPure AAVX Affinity Membrane include:
- Up to 5–15 times faster processing time than resin chromatography*
- Broad AAV specificity, including AAV1–AAV8, AAVrh10, and synthetic serotypes
- Binds >1 x 1014 capsids at 10 second residence time
- High yield of AAV viral vectors directly from cell culture lysates
