Prepare and purify microcentrifuge samples. Ultrafree™-MC Centrifugal Filter Devices with Durapore™ Membrane enables fast, convenient sample preparation of very low hold-up volumes. Available in sterile and non-sterile versions and a variety of pore sizes.
Ideal for sample preparation and particle/precipitate removal and purification of aqueous and solvent-based samples- Achieve maximum recovery with a high degree of purity for volumes up to 0.5mL
- Minimize sample handling to avoid significant losses of valuable material
- Low hold-up volume (10µL) of sample allows highest recoveries
- Color coded to easily identify membrane type and pore size
- Polypropylene components with silicone O-rings
- No adhesives used in assembly
- Low protein binding
- Filter insert fits standard 0.5mL microcentrifuge tubes
