Description

D-Tube Electroelution Accessory Kit provides supporting trays fitting all three D-Tube Dialyzers (Mini, Midi, and Maxi) and that are compatible with most commercially-available horizontal electrophoresis units. Reagents are also provided for protein and nucleic acid precipitation following electroelution. In addition, the kit contains buffer optimized for thorough removal of SDS from the extracted protein samples, rendering them compatible with MALDI-MS analysis.
