B-27™ Supplement Minus Insulin is the complete B-27 Supplement without insulin. It is used to support growth of CNS neurons and other cells in applications where the presence of insulin causes interference.For neural studies that require the absence of insulin, glucose, and sodium pyruvate, we recommend Neurobasal™-A without D-glucose and sodium pyruvate (Cat. No. 0050128DJ) as a basal medium for use in conjunction with this product.
