WHEATON™ Headspace Vials Convenience Kits with Pressure Release include rounded bottom, beveled finish vials and 20mm pressure release crimp seals. Manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass; seals release pressure when 3.0±0.5 bar is exceeded.

  • Manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass for chemical resistance and durability
  • Rounded shoulders and bottoms allow for even heating and safer operation at higher pressures
  • Each convenience kit includes 100 rounded bottom, beveled finish vials and 100 20mm pressure release crimp seals
  • Pressure release seals feature score lines that allow internal pressure release when 3.0±0.5 bar has been exceeded
  • Available with a choice of septa materials to suit application requirements
