Description

This proficiency testing sample is produced in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043:2010. All information regarding the use of this material can be found in the reporting packet supplied for each sample.

This sample is packaged in a 500 mL HDPE bottle containing approximately 500 mL of solution. This sample should be stored at 18-20 oC. This sample is not preserved. Sample preparationThis sample has been prepared as a whole volume standard and is ready to analyze as received. Recap immediately after use. Shake sample well prior to opening. Analyze for pH first. Then shake sample again and analyze per your normal laboratory procedures for residue. The suspended solids may settle over a period of time. It is recommended that you shake the sample prior to every use.
