Description
Tripeptidyl peptidase Inhibitor is a serine protease inhibitor which irreversibly inhibits TPPII (tripeptidyl peptidase II), a giant protease which may substitute for some proteasome functions, and reversibly inhibits Cln (TPPI). AAF-CMK shows only marginal inhibition of the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome.
