Streptavidin Protein, DyLight 800 conjugate, 21851, from Invitrogen., 21851, from Invitrogen. Species Reactivity: ; Applications: ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot.

Thermo Scientific Streptavidin DyLight Conjugates are preparations of streptavidin biotin-binding protein that are tagged with Thermo Scientific DyLight Fluors for use in high-performance fluorescence assays and cellular imaging. The streptavidin biotin-binding protein is offered as highly functional conjugates with each of nine different DyLight Fluorescent Dyes having absorption spectra ranging from 350nm to 777nm and bright emission spectra that match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence microscopes and imagers. DyLight Conjugates exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa Fluor*, Cy* and LI-COR* Dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4-9). 21851 contains 1 ml of protein in pale green colored liquid at a concentration of 1mg/mL.
