Contain proprietary SAM2 Biotin Capture Membrane for higher binding capacity and specificity

  • Produces lower backgrounds and higher signal-to-noise ratios as compared to traditional P81 phosphocellulose methods
  • Perforated and numbered membrane allows measurement of up to 96 kinase reactions; ideal for kinetic studies
  • Assay requires little “hands-on” manipulation and is complete in under an hour
  • Can be used in a variety of buffer/reaction conditions including cell extracts
  • Each assay system contains highly specific biotinylated peptide substrates for the appropriate kinase as well as necessary reaction components
