Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-17131 targets MYF6 in indirect ELISA and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-17131 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human MYF6 (amino acids: 85-150) expressed in E. Coli. MA5-17131 detects MYF6 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 27kDa.

Involved in muscle differentiation (myogenic factor). Induces fibroblasts to differentiate into myoblasts. Probable sequence specific DNA-binding protein.
