Vacuole marker probes for the study of yeast cell biology

The Yeast Vacuole Marker Sampler Kit contains sample quantities of a series of novel and well established probes including: three blue-fluorescent coumarin-based stains that selectively stain the lumen of the yeast vacuole; a green-fluorescent yeast vacuole membrane marker MDY-64 for staining the vacuole membrane; and commonly used vaculate marker 5-(and-6)-carboxy-2',7-dicholorofluorescein diacetate (carboxy-DCFDA) as a standard.
