  • BCECF, AM is cell-permeant, dual-excitation ratiometric pH indicator with a pKa of approximately 6.98
  • Intracellular pH measurements with BCECF are made by determining pH-dependent ratio of emission intensity (detected at 535nm) when dye is excited at approximately 490nm versus emission intensity when excited at its isobestic point of approximately 440nm
