Description
This AF6-88.5.5.3 MAb reacts with the H-2Kb MHC class I alloantigen. H-2Kb is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g. d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.
This protein is an MHC class I alloantigen, which is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8.
