Spectrum™ Chemical Magnesium Trisilicate, Powder, USP , often used in combination with dried aluminum hydroxide to act as an effective antacid to combat indigestion. This inorganic compound is available in it′s most common form as a powder. It is also used as a food additive in edible oils to remove impurities that occur during the frying process, it is also often employed to absorb fatty acids. Spectrum Chemical USP products, including all USP magnesium products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
