Description
Standard Operating Features:
- Designed to provide high quality, repeatable performance and accountability for a wide range of applications used in modern laboratories
- For use with Agar preparation as well as the sterilization of liquids, pipettes, glasses, instruments, and biohazards with various cooling options
- Equipped with a vacuum pump, cooling coils, and a steam generator for all laboratory sterilization needs
- Compact size allows autoclave to fit on a standard benchtop
- Fast cooling (C) saves up to 75% of the cool down times of liquid samples
- Immediate Steam (G) and Efficient Air Removal (PV) Steam generator in combination with vacuum (PV G) for complete drying
- PID (Proportional Integral Differential) pressure control
- Stores the last 200 cycles in built-in memory
- Two independent, flexible PT100 temperature sensors prevent boil over of liquids and explosions of bottles
- Compressed air is passed through a microbiological filter into the autoclave chamber after sterilization to prevent a drop in pressure which causes load deformation, cracks, and spills
- Cold water is circulated through cooling pipes to rapidly reduce the temperature of the chamber and liquid load to a safe temperature
- Highly efficient drying is achieved by uniformly heating the chamber wall of the benchtop autoclave using a coiled pipe
- Guarantees that even the most difficult loads will dry such as textiles, porous loads, hollow instruments, and tips
- The vacuum pump can be used for post vacuum drying to ensure improved drying of porous loads and hollow instruments such as pipette tips
- Equipped with a heating plate attached under the chamber for heating during the drying phase
- Double locking safety device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized
- Control lock-out switch prevents starting a cycle if door is not properly locked
- Control system protection prevents door from opening at high pressure and temperature
- All units include trays and printer
- Units require utility connection to treated water, tap water, compressed air, and a floor sink
