- Useful on templates containing regions with secondary structure such as high GC-content, small nucleotide repeats, hairpins, direct repeats, and inverted repeats
- Requires no change in protocols-the SequenceRx Solution replaces part of water added to reaction mixture
- Compatible with all sequencing chemistries and platforms
- Uses one reaction to determine sequence for all four nucleotides (100 reactions equal 100 templates)
