Designed to improve length and quality of sequencing data from difficult sequencing templates

The SequenceRx Enhancer System is a panel of seven co-solvents which are added individually to automated fluorescent DNA sequencing reactions. This system is not designed for use on long stretches of poly A.

  • Useful on templates containing regions with secondary structure such as high GC-content, small nucleotide repeats, hairpins, direct repeats, and inverted repeats
  • Requires no change in protocols-the SequenceRx Solution replaces part of water added to reaction mixture
  • Compatible with all sequencing chemistries and platforms
  • Uses one reaction to determine sequence for all four nucleotides (100 reactions equal 100 templates)
