A cost effective alternative to Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Cytiva HyClone™ US Bovine Calf Serum is defined, irradiated, heat inactivated serum of US origin that is filtered through three sequential 0.1μm pore size-rated filters.

HyClone Bovine Calf Serum, U.S. origin is collected by venipuncture from formula-fed veal calves, which produce exceptionally high levels of transferrin. Before dispensing, each lot of serum is pooled using true pool technology to ensure uniformity and consistency between bottles.
