Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (62%), Rat (62%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52366 (PA5-52366. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Regulator of pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factors (BPXs) function. Inhibits the binding of PBX1-HOX complex to DNA and blocks the transcriptional activity of E2A-PBX1. Tethers estrogen receptor-alpha (ESR1) to microtubules and allows them to influence estrogen receptors-alpha signaling.
