Invitrogen™ Human CHST2 (aa 390-523) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (100%), Rat (100%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64950 (PA5-64950. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
N-acetylglucosamine-6-O-sulfotransferases, such as CHST2, catalyze the transfer of sulfate from 3-prime-phosphoadenosine 5-prime-phosphosulfate.
