Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (31%), Rat (31%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibodies, PA5-139739 (PA5-139739, PA5-82434 (PA5-82434. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

The CMRF35 antigen (CMRF35A; MIM 606786), which was identified by reactivity with a monoclonal antibody, is present on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B lymphocytes. CMRF35H is recognized by the same antibody and is distinct from CMRF35 (Green et al., 1998 [PubMed 9701027]).
