Invitrogen™ Human ARHGAP19 (aa 280-376) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (82%), Rat (82%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-65159 (PA5-65159. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Members of the ARHGAP family, such as ARHGAP19, encode negative regulators of Rho GTPases (see RHOA; MIM 165390), which are involved in cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation, actin remodeling, and G1 cell cycle progression.
