Single pilot scale system accepts range of single and vacuum jacketed vessels from 5 to 20L

Reactor-Ready Pilot is designed as a universal reactor work station that can be used for different vessel sizes and different projects. Reactor-Ready Pilot is ideal for process development, scale-up, pilot and kilo labs.

  • Manufactured from chemically resistant stainless steel, anodised aluminum with powder coated steel base
  • Compact and mobile framework accepts all vessel sizes
  • Accepts all leading brands of overhead stirrer, circulator, thermoregulator and allows easy, tool free adjustment
  • Rapid vessel exchange with quick-release vessel clamp and wide bore PEEK hose couplings
  • Vessel support collar aids vessel loading
  • I-beam support allows stirring motor to be positioned with ease
  • Adjustable bracing bars on rear of framework, combine with built-in spirit level in top of support plate to allow precise leveling
  • Self aligning stirrer coupling engages without need for tools and saves time while changing vessels
  • Hose manifolds allow easy thermofluid drain down
  • Wide range of accessory glassware including condensers, dropping funnels etc
  • Optional software allows to log and control 3rd party devices
  • Fits in standard walk-in fumehood
  • Available with choice of PTFE stirring shafts: Anchor, Retreat Curve and Turbine or Propeller styles
