Description

The G:BOX Chemi XX6/XX9 gel documentation and analysis system is available in a standard or extended darkroom with motor driven sample stage in configurations for fluorescence, visible, chemiluminescence, IR, and 2D applications.

The G:BOX Chemi XX6/XX9 is a multi-application imaging system, combining chemiluminescence capable of detecting picogram or femtogram amounts and fluorescence capable of detecting multiple different proteins on one blot.

  • Hi-LED lighting options cover the full spectrum of high intensity blue, green, red, and infra-red resulting in faster exposure times and publication quality images.
  • High quantum efficiency (QE) camera for high levels of sensitivity
  • A fully automated set up makes the motor driven lens and filter wheel easy to use
  • RGB and IR Hi-LED lighting options enable fast quantification of multiple fluorescent proteins without stripping and re-probing
  • Stain free imaging capability capture images of stain free acrylamide gels and many more
  • Edge lighting option available for 2D and multiplex in-gel fluorescence DIGE image capture
