G-5 Supplement (100X)

G-5 Supplement is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement based on Bottenstein’s G-5 formulation. G-5 Supplement is intended for use with Neurobasal™ media.

G-5 Supplement is recommended for growth and expression of glial cells (normal and tumor) of astrocytic phenotype (astrocytes). G-5 Supplement can be used as a substitute for Bottenstein’s G-2 formulation. G-5 Supplement is provided as a 100X concentrate.

G-5 Supplement may be used with Neurobasal™ media, DMEM, DMEM⁄F-12, or other basal media..
