These simple-to-use, low-cost heating mantles quickly heat up to 842°F (450°C). The replaceable coiled heating element suspended within a thermal insulating cartridge provides maximum heat transfer and support.

Powder-coated aluminum outer casing stays cool and is easy to clean. A stainless steel grounded earth screen and double fuses provided added safety. All heating mantles feature a support bracket for holding a support rod.

Note: A controller is required to operate the heating mantle—order separately.

Controllers are sold separately. Controller models MC242X1, MC242, MC810BX1 and MC810B are recommended. Controller MC238 or MC238X1 is required for mantles CMU12 and CMU22.
