Multiwell solutions for discovery research and sample prep

MultiScreen filter plates meet specific performance criteria for sample preparation methodology requiring low nonspecific binding of protein and drug analytes, solvent compatibility and sample throughput. The MultiScreen High Volume filter plate can process up to 2mL of aqueous and organic solutions, with best-in-class discrete and quantitative filtrate transfer to a custom designed 96-well MultiScreen High Volume collection plate using the MultiScreen hts vacuum manifold. The MultiScreen High Volume filter plate is fully automation-compatible and complies with ANSI Deepwell Plate standards.

MultiScreen High Volume filter plate with Durapore™ membrane

  • For high recovery (low nonspecific binding) of small molecules and proteins, low extractables, and compatibility with aqueous and some organic solutions
  • Applications include: low protein binding assays, low extractables assays, sample cleanup, particulate/aggregate removal (prior to HPLC or UPLC™ analysis), and bead-based assays
MultiScreen High Volume filter plate with 1.2μm Glass Fiber C (GFC) membrane
  • Offers broader chemical compatibility with both aqueous and organic solutions
  • Applications requiring high flow including: lysate clearing, viscous sample filtration, environmental testing, and DNA sample preparation bind-wash-elute applications
