Description

Azure Biosystems chemiSOLO and Densitometry Kit Package includes both the chemiSOLO imaging system and the chemiSOLO Densitometry Kit, which is used for densitometric validation and analysis of visible gels.

  • Compact chemiluminescent imager for quantitative chemiluminescent and visible protein gel imaging
  • Rapidly images chemiluminescent Western blots with femtogram sensitivity
  • Saves benchspace with compact design, compared to entire darkrooms and bulky imagers
  • Allows for Western blot quantitation over a wide dynamic range using sensitive, linear detection and advanced image processing like Extended Dynamic Range exposure
  • Captures colorimetric blots and visible-stained protein gels in addition to chemiluminescent detection, allowing for gel documentation and chemi marker functionality
  • Densitometry Kit provides materials for densitometric verification and analysis of visible-stained gels
  • Kit includes: 21-Step Densitometry Calibration Target and chemiSOLO Densitometry Protocol
