Description
Complement receptor 1 (CR1, CD35) is a cell membrane-bound, monomeric glycoprotein that is found on numerous cell types of primates including erythrocytes, lymphocytes, and phagocytes. The primary function of CR1 is to serve as the cellular receptor for C3b and C4b, the most important components of the complement system leading to clearance of foreign macromolecules.Host Species: Mouse
Clone: E11
Isotype: IgG1
Species Reactivity: Human, Rhesus Monkey and Baboon. Others not tested.
Epitope: Distal from the C3b-binding site
Immunogen: Intact human monocytes
Molecular Weight: 210-220 kDa
Positive Control: Tonsil
Cellular Localization: Membrane
Recommended for:
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin)
- Immunofluorescence
- Flow Cytometry
