Description
Brucine is used as a denaturing alcohol, lubricant additive, separation of racemic mixtures. Proposed to reduce inflammatory mediators including COX-2, PGE2 and thromboxane B2. Able to induce cell apoptosis, with cytotoxic and antiproliferative effects.
