Description

Native Protein

RP-43120 contains native bovine Factor Xa protein, with the active site blocked by fluorescent inhibitor Dansyl-EGRck. RP-43120 may be used as a positive control in many immunological assays.

Factor Xa is a vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting.
