Description

An animal origin (AO) enzymatic digest of bovine (milk) and porcine protein. This nutritional supplement provides vitamins, nucleotides, minerals, and peptides in a variety of sizes to any culture formulation.

  • Bacto Neopeptone is an animal origin (AO) enzymatic digest of bovine (milk) and porcine protein
  • This nutritional supplement provides vitamins, nucleotides, minerals, and peptides in a variety of sizes to any culture formulation
  • It has been used as a component of culture media in the cultivation of human pathogens, notably Bordetella pertussis and group A streptococci
  • Also used with Borrelia burgdorferi and Clostridium species, to produce vaccines for animal health application
  • Store in cool, dry conditions in well-sealed containers at 2°C to 25°C
