PA1-18331 detects Noxa from mouse samples. PA1-18331 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-18331 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal residues M(1) P G R K A R R N A P V N P T R(16) of mouse Noxa, conjugated to diphtheria toxoid. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water.

The BH3 proteins, including BID, NOXA, PUMA, BIK, BIM and BAD are all pro-apoptotic and share sequence identity within the amphipathic alpha-helical BH3 region, which is essential for their apoptotic function.
