PA1-18297 detects ATG3 from human and rat samples. PA1-18297 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18297 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal residues of human ATG3, conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein. The sequence is 100% conserved in mouse, rat, S. cerevisiae, Macaca mulatta (monkey) and canine. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
