Viewing Your Order History

Order History

To view your order history:

  • You can select Order Status at the top of the site to view order history by entering the order number and postal code or signing in.
  • You can apply filters available on the left hand side.
  • You can view open, shipped, completed, and pending orders.
  • You can view and download invoices, and packing slips by clicking on View Details of an order.
  • You are able to toggle between account numbers at the superuser level to view all orders made within your organization.

Shipment Information

To find details about what's in your shipment, navigate to the My Account dropdown menu and select “Orders & Returns.” You'll find the tracking number linked to each item, making it easy to track your package from shipping to delivery. The parcel number displayed here matches the one on the lower right corner of your shipping label, helping you quickly identify the contents of your package.
