Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-234-7437 or connect via chat by clicking the blue chat box.

If cancelled prior to shipment, you will not be charged for the order.

If the order's items have already transferred from us to the designated shipper, you can no longer cancel the order. You would then return the order after delivery. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.
