Offer the ability to more finely control fluid flow rates

Both metering and splitter valves available

  • Chemically compatible construction
  • Ship complete with fittings
Micro-Metering Valves
  • Can reduce outgoing flow to as low as 3.5μL per minute
  • Needle valves are perfect for use with peristaltic pump fluid-transfer applications, mass spectrometry, and fraction collection
  • Can also be used to regulate gas flow in helium sparging lines and as a flow-dependent variable back-pressure regulator
  • Material: PEEK™, Black
  • O.D. tubing: 1/8 in.
  • Thru-hole: 0.020 in. (0.50mm)
  • Internal volume: 7.7μL (max., with valve fully open)
  • Includes: (2) XP-330
  • Flow rates as low as 3.5μL/min. (at 1mL/min. incoming flow rate w/ room-temperature water)
  • 1/4-28 flat-bottom port configuration
  • Flow path materials are PEEK™ polymer and PTFE
Micro-Splitter Valves: Medium Pressure
  • Accurately split and control a low-flow stream from a single incoming supply
  • Biocompatible medium pressure micro-splitter valves (05-700-383, -384) are perfect for LC-MS and other multi-detector systems, fraction collectors and post column reactions
  • Ideal placement of these valves is on effluent side of detector flow cell, at maximum pressure of 800 psi (55 bar)
  • Choose between 1/4-28 and 10-32 threaded versions
Micro-Splitter Valves: High Pressure
  • Designed to operate under pressures up to 4,000 psi (276 bar)
  • Well suited for running two analytical devices in parallel
  • Standard versions will connect 1/16 in. O.D. tubing to each of the three available ports
  • Stainless-steel needle is inside the valve

† The maximum internal volumes listed in the chart are with the valve fully open.
