Description

Ergonomic-protective design. Respirator fit hood. Elastic wrists, ankles, waist and serged seams. Tyvek zipper and flap. Fluorescent orange with grey retroreflective material. Retroreflective X bands on the back of the coverall distinguish between the wearer's rearward and forward orientations.

  • DuPont™ Tyvek™ 500 HV garments are mainly composed of flash-spun polyethylene, providing an ideal balance of protection, durability, and comfort.
  • The coverall is available in fluorescent orange with silver grey retroreflective bands for day and night visibility (when exposed to a light source).
  • Available in sizes SM to 6X.
  • Robust yet lightweight.
  • Elasticated wrists and ankles, and glued-in waist elastic. Ample crotch area for freedom of movement. Large, easy-to-grasp zipper puller. The non-woven structure ensures they are permeable to both air and water vapor, yet repel water-based liquids and aerosols.
  • They offer an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibers, are ultra-low linting, and are antistatically treated on the inside.
  • Certified according to:
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/425
    • Chemical protective clothing, Category III, Type 5-B and 6-B
    • EN 14126 (barrier to infective agents), EN 1073-2 (protection against radioactive contamination)
    • EN ISO 20471 (High Visibility Clothing, Class 3), RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2
  • X-crossed retroreflective bands on the back to distinguish rearward and forward orientation of the wearer, as well as bands above the elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles for added protection.
  • Antistatic treatment (EN 1149-5) - on the inside.
  • Stitched external seams.
  • Hood designed to fit a respirator
  • Optimized design ensures very low inward leakage.
  • Tyvek™ auto-lock zipper and zipper flap for increased protection.
  • Pin locking slider locks in place when the pins on the puller are pushed into the zipper elements.
  • Products made after January 2023 are manufactured under specifications that do not contain natural rubber latex.
