Description

Hydroxylated methacrylic polymer matrix

  • TSKgel™ Guardgel Kit contains 5 mL of the packing material, specified in the product description, in an appropriate slurry solvent.
  • The product also includes a column holder, a glass column, 10 L x 13 OD x 8 mm ID, 2 external end fittings, 2 caps with M6 threads, and a packing adaptor.
  • Simple instructions to pack the guard column are included in the shipment.
  • TSKgel Guard cartridges require a holder, which is sold separately.
  • For 2 mm cartridges, the holder is Part No. 819308
  • For the 3.2 mm cartridges used to protect 4.6 mm columns, the holder is Part No. 819018
  • ≤1 M salt concentration
  • ≤20% organic solvent
  • Housings are either glass or stainless steel. They have the same backbone chemistry and selectivity as the bulk process scale resins Toyopearl™ DEAE-650 and TSKgel DEAE-5PW (20) and (30).
