CUBIC-X1 is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing process, and can help swell/expand tissues for improved visibility. Used in combination with CUBIC-X2 (T3867).

  • The CUBIC technique enables cyclopedic imaging at a single-cell resolution following whole-body and whole-organ clearing.
  • CUBIC-X1 is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing protocol, and can be used to swell/expand tissue for improved visibility.

Note: Both CUBIC-X1 (T3866) and CUBIC-X2 (T3867) are required for the CUBIC clearing process with expansion/swelling.
