Description

CUBIC-R+(N) is a more economical option for RI matching compared to CUBIC-R+(M) if fluorescent signal detection is not critical.

  • The CUBIC technique enables cyclopedic imaging at a single-cell resolution following whole-body and whole-organ clearing.
  • CUBIC-R+(M) (T3741) is used for RI matching while CUBIC-L (T3740) is used for delipidation.

Note: Both T3893 (or T3741) and T3740 are required for the CUBIC clearing process.
