Description

CUBIC-HL is optimized for clearing highly fatty tissues. Note this does not preserve the fluorescent signal of fluorescent proteins.

  • The CUBIC technique enables cyclopedic imaging at a single-cell resolution following whole-body and whole-organ clearing.
  • CUBIC-HL is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing protocol, and can be used to clear highly fatty tissue and quenching autofluourescence.

Note: Both T3741 and T3740 are required for the CUBIC clearing process.
