Thermo Scientific NTP Set, Tris buffered is a convenient set of 100 mM ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP solutions. These extremely stable nucleotides are supplied as aqueous solutions titrated to pH 7.3-7.5 with Tris base. The nucleotides have greater than 99% purity and are free of nuclease activities and functionally tested in in vitro transcription.
