Description
- Pre-sterilized and packaged in multiple layers of Tyvek peel pouches and poly bags to gain access into the aseptic area without excessive spraying and wiping with sanitisation agents
- The bags are used for the removal and transport of media plates from the aseptic area to QC laboratories
- Manufactured and packaged in an ISO certified cleanroom
- Tear and puncture resistant 2.7 mill low density polyethylene
- Each bag has an integral zip seal with the slide lock closure system
- Two zip-lock bags are double packaged in Tyvek/film chevron peel pouches and then inside a third, sealed poly bag layer
- Labelled with lot number, date of manufacture and expiration date
- Validated sterile to a 10-6 SAL
- Certificates of conformance and sterility sent with each shipment
