This Fluorescent Upgrade Kit offers DAPI, FITC, and TRITC modules to SLi3 PRO Series Microscopes. Choose from assorted objective sets.

  • Excitation Filters:
    • 410 nm to 415 nm for DAPI
    • 480 nm to 485 nm for FITC
    • 550 nm to 555 nm for TRITC
  • Emission Filters
    • 455 nm ± 25 nm for DAPI
    • 525 nm ± 18 nm for FITC
    • 605 nm ± 17.5 nm for TRITC
  • Dichroic Filter
    • Triple bandpass for DAPI, FITC, TRITC
