Simport™ Scientific CoreDish™ Biopsy Containers

Performing a large number of biopsies means an increase in the number of containers handled, and consequently a technical overload of the transmission network, which occurs without any financial counterpart. A new approach had to be developed in order to increase productivity. The CoreDish is a multi-compartment container in the shape of a dish and half prefilled with 10% Neutral Buffered Formalin, for holding and transporting biopsies. Thanks to this innovative biopsy container, it is no longer necessary to use a multitude of individual containers, thereby reducing risk of confusion.

• Multi-compartment container is constructed of polystyrene
• Leakproof screw closure with O-ring ensures total protection of contents
• Writing area for patient information is provided on the label
• Each compartment is clearly identified to allow proper placement and visualization of the biopsy being inserted
• Dimensions: 15 H x 95 mm dia.

• For up to 5, 8 or 12 biopsies (depending on model)
• Compartments are numbered from 1 to 5, 1 to 8, or 1 to 12
