Description

SiliaBond™ Pentafluorophenyl (PFP), 40 - 63 μm, 60 Å is a phase with a new selectivity approach with aromatic ring interactions for the purification of conjugated compounds (isomers).

  • Sorbent primarily used in the separation of molecules bearing fluorine atoms but may also be used in the separation of non-fluorous compounds such as Taxol™ and its derivatives.
  • Si-PFP has a higher selectivity for aromatics containing molecules compared to the other fluorinated sorbents due to its phenyl ring.
